pop into a local branch, email or call them to speak to a Samaritan.

Childline is a confidential counselling service for those 18 or under. They are available to talk 24/7. You can reach them through their online chat or telephone.

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) is a charity for
men aged 15-35. They provide a helpline between 5pm and midnight.
